So, you’ve just completed your Gallerie selections – congratulations! This is a major milestone in your home-building journey, and now it’s time for the final step in bringing your vision to life.

At Gallerie, our process is designed to ensure your interior and exterior selections are clear, accurate, and beautifully documented for your builder. Here’s what happens next:

Step 1: Check Your Inbox

Following your interior design consultation, keep an eye on your email and text messages. You’ll receive a notification from our ConSmart software platform, which contains a detailed summary of your selections including all upgrades and associated pricing.

Step 2: Review in ConSmart

Through your interactive ConSmart client portal, you can easily review and finalise your selections. Each upgrade item can be approved or rejected with just a click, giving you full control and flexibility to make sure everything aligns with your preferences and budget.

When you’re happy with your choices, simply accept and confirm your selections.

Step 3: Designer Review

Once submitted, your Gallerie designer will carefully review your colour schedule and mark-ups to ensure accuracy and design integrity. If any adjustments are required, they’ll be made at this stage to ensure your final documentation reflects your design

intent perfectly.

Step 4: Final Sign-Off

You’ll then receive another notification letting you know your final colour selections and mark-ups are ready for sign-off. This is your last opportunity to review your selections before the documents are sent to your builder.

Please take your time to check everything carefully and contact your designer if you have any questions or wish to make amendments. Note: Changes made beyond this point may incur additional fees.

Step 5: Builder Documentation

Once approved, your builder will receive a comprehensive colour selection schedule with mark-ups; complete and ready to progress to the next stage of your build.

This process ensures everyone involved – including you as the client, your builder, suppliers and trades, all  have a clear, accurate understanding of your chosen finishes, fittings, and upgrades — reducing delays and keeping your project on track.
